Excellent communication and service! You can tell they have a lot of experience dealing with U-Haul and prevented an issue that would have made delivery impossible - U-Haul's system for our order was wrong and Premier's proactivity and double checking everything made moving day go very smoothly. They gave a precise arrival time and arrived 5 minutes early. Were efficient and took good care of my stuff. Overall great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about our movers. They really know what they are doing and the truck was packed with expertise. Suggested an extra person and that was spot on. Wrapped our furniture and were so polite and treated our things with great care. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. So grateful!
