The guys work hard and efficient; excellent and loading and unloading. Mapped out the placement of the furniture before loading utilizing space appropriately. Furniture was protected while loading and unloading. Very friendly and hard workers!

Wow, these guys were quick and careful. With 3 bedrooms boxed and bagged, the team cleared them out in the sequence given - in record time! The team packed the truck professionally - in fine tetrus form! The house was mark free upon completion. I would hire this crew any day of the week. Nice job!

The guys who came to do the move were professional and friendly. There was a miscommunication when their boss let us know only upon arrival that moving the upright piano would be an additional $400. I told him that the woman who called when I booked them (and who was told there was a piano) should have told me that at that time. But that’s not on the guys who actually did the loading.

If you have other options it would be advised to use them. Horrible packing and customer service. If you are in a pinch and literally no one else is available including day laborers in front of a Home Depot, use them but get the safe coverage insurance.
