Graceful Movers

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The movers were multiple hours late, and I don't know that they would have shown up at all if I hadn't called to inquire once the arrival window expired, which resulted in their work (unloading a U-Haul truck) occurring in the dark. They did not bring any flashlights or straps for moving heavier items, despite me requesting help with large furniture. I had to assist with certain items because they did not have the proper equipment. They damaged items, scraped paint off my walls, and left a quarter-sized dent in my hardwood floor by dropping a table. Customer service was unapologetic and defensive, even going so far as to start laughing at me for asking for a discount on the services (which they of course refused). They even started ignoring my calls, but picked up immediately when my wife called from a different number. I almost always leave good reviews and am a very easy-to-please customer, so this is a very unusual and disappointing experience for me.
