Owner Blane and his assistant Sid came over for both the packing and unpacking portions of my in-town move between apartments in Baltimore. They’re the most expensive movers I’ve hired. However, they were dedicated to providing excellent service. Blane is a country gentleman type of guy (like Scotty McCreery) who is friendly and sincere. They frequently asked questions to make sure things were how I wanted them. They were conscientious, putting thought and care into how things were done. Blane asked for feedback toward the end of each job and also texted me in between jobs to ask how the move went. He offered to stay later at no charge until the job was complete. He was very tactful and considerate, like when he offered to come early after completing a previous client’s job or when they were just about finished with my job, making it clear that everything revolved around me. I would hire them again!
