My experience with this mover was okay. I booked them for two hours to unload my truck. We agreed on a one-hour starting window in the afternoon. Day of the move, I got a call from Pat to ask my ETA. I told him we were on track but likely toward the second half of the window. I had a two hour drive plus buffer time built in. He said he wasn’t sure if it would work, since they had an evening job. It wasn’t entirely clear whether he was saying they might not be able to finish unloading, maybe wouldn’t show up, etc. This really stressed me out. I appreciate that they have other jobs and schedules to keep, but I wish they had either been more proactive about finding out the details in advance or told me exactly what would happen if things ran late. I arrived 15 minutes after the one-hour window. We still got the job done under time. Jorge was super helpful and repeatedly asked along the way where things should go. Pat was nice and helpful but a bit more focused on speed than placement.
