Mike the mover was very kind so this not about him, it’s about the company. They sent only Mike to help unload my heavy furniture items. I HELPED bring heavy items and other boxes up stairs on a townhome!! Why am I paying for a service if I’m doing half the work? What kind of company sends one person to do a move?? If you didn’t have adequate resources, you should have called and told me and we would have rescheduled when you did. As a result, my lower back is sprained. I called and spoke to Destiny, who is not truthful and was lying about who the manger is and who helped. She said Mike who helped me is also the manager but was in a meeting when I called?? Not once did she apologize but just defended and said the manager would call back and never did. Extremely unprofessional and the company should be embarrassed that the customer did part of the job. The have done nothing to resolve the issue. I feel bad for Mike the helper who is forced to do these moves on his own.

Not just on time, but called that they would be early and ready to work! True to their word, they arrived and they were ready to go. These two gentlemen were very polite, professional, and hard working. Not only did they unload our trick to bring everything into the condo, when done they can't in checking to see if there were any furniture pieces that we wanted rearranged or boxes moved into new places. Great customer service abs we would not hesitate to use then again.

Mike and his team at Mobile Movers were extremely professional. They let me know of a very short delay due to traffic but they still arrived within the 15 minute grace period that is reasonable for a scheduled service. Mike is very soft spoken and efficient at his job. He and is team member completed my U-Box delivery and load in less than 30 minutes from start to finish! I didn’t have to life a finger.
