I do not even know where to begin. First, the main POC tried to scam me by asking for $225 additional dollars to load the track, when it clearly states on the website that loading and unloading are included. Next, I had two ‘movers’ arrive then one left two minutes after getting there and it was just the other guy for 40 minutes moving stuff. The second person eventually came back and helped. However, they completely ruined my walls scratching up the paint. The two people argued with each other during the move, completely unprofessional. The second person attempted to rush through the move, even though they weren’t even there from the beginning and that is prob why my walls were damaged. Reached out to the POC. No response. Terrible company, business. You are better off hiring real movers for this price. If you’re in Laurel just go to the 7-eleven for better quality. Never again. I will be informing corporate that this might be a contract they want to terminate.
