Donald and Terrance were a pleasure to work with! Professionals, perfectionists, committed, and also a lot of fun to be around. I had concerns about a couple of large heavy items going through a narrow staircase. What they did was not nothing short of a choreographed dance! They knew very well how to manage, move, and pivot those items skillfully on the staircase to go two floors up without either of the items even touching the walls. I strongly recommend using ‘We Move Fast Enterprises’ services, if you ever need to move. Great guys, really.

Don was a great communicator—he stayed in contact with us throughout the entire 7-hour loading and unloading process. His crew was extremely professional, polite, and careful, especially with a large number of breakables that were not professionally packed. They maximized the use of space in the truck and worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. We were particularly impressed that they removed their shoes every time they entered the house. Their attention to detail and respect for our home did not go unnoticed. I also mistakenly overpaid them by $70, and as soon as they were contacted, they immediately promised to return the money—an honest and trustworthy team. Don the owner was great and his customer service skills were on par with what I would expect in a company. One of the movers a different Don was absolutely fantastic. He was really genuine and stayed as long as he needed to in order to get the job done. A 1,000 stars for our mover! I would hire Don again in a future move. Overall was satisfied with the services at the end of the day and everything was loaded and unloaded.
