When you book cheap, you get cheap service. I hired them for 3 hours. They work so slow on purpose to make the time be longer. They took 4 hours for a small truck. They made me pay extra money on venmo. This company doesn't have workers. The guy showed up with his wife and she tried but it is a really hard job for her. I had to carry all the stuff with him. It doesn't make sense for me to pay almost $500 to be the one carrying the most of the stuff. Horrible Experience

Guys did a great job. Good communication about arrival time. Moved 6 pieces of heavy furniture through narrow spaces and tight stairs very carefully. No damage or scratches at all. Extremely professional and friendly. Worked very quickly.

The guys that came did a good job. Bad experience with the owner who didn’t seem to care that a crew never showed when he said they would and instead of offering a solution just wanted to cancel. He claimed that he had communicated with the crew that they had a 9am start time but when I was contacted by a crew they said they couldn’t get there until 3pm (when my trucks needed to be returned). Eventually he got a crew that arrived at 1130 and like I said previously they were able to unload the trucks into my garage and move the heavy furniture during the 2 hour block.
