These are the movers you want! I have used movers off of the movinghelp website before, and Jacob and his team were outstanding. The communication before (and during) the move was courteous and very timely, and they were very patient as well. I have had issues with movers being poor communicators in the past, but the JKE Moving team were phenomenal communicators. Secondly, the service was efficient and fantastic--and they were even able to save me money by getting all of my items in two uboxes instead of three. The items were handled with great care and I have no concerns about my items making it cross country without sustaining any damage. Also, Jacob went above and beyond to help sort out an issue with the ubox we were supplied, and even ensured it was tidied up to avoid dirtying our belongings. Due to an unforeseen delay, they even brought an additional mover to help speed things along. THESE are the movers you want, I would use again and again in the future.

I have a lot of high quality wood furniture. They took the time to wrap and pad everything carefully before loading. They were a great balance of efficiency and care and I felt comfortable letting them pack all of my stuff. Definitely will recommend them.

They were awesome! They arrived on time and absolutely knocked it out of the park with our move. They got everything in the truck in one go and packed everything in carefully so it didn’t shift or break, and unloaded quickly and efficiently. Our move has been a bit chaotic and disorganized as it was quite sudden and unplanned, so it was a relief that this one part of it went smoothly. Thank you so much!
