Just because you can lift heavy items does not make you a PROFESSIONAL MOVER! This was one of the worst experiences I had. They packed my truck so poorly that I had to go rent additional equipment and movers to pack a trailer too. The second crew opened the truck and I could see they broke my vanity mirror. Good thing I always get the insurance. And then they left trash for me to clean up. I would not recommend them for a serious move- maybe just boxes.

So thankful for their service. I booked late the night before and they called me in the morning to confirm and set expectations. So friendly and easy to work with and the truck was packed perfect.

Moving pads were provided but they did not use them, furniture was scratched and was not loaded the write way. China cabinet has deep gouges on the top of the cabinet. The workers were verry nice .The moving owner was nowhere around until all the work was done.

The guys who came were super speedy were super nice. They were a huge help and I don't know if we could have done it without them. We lived on the 3rd floor so they had to carry everything down stairs and even so had our apartment pretty much entirely loaded into the truck in only about an hour and a half.

They showed up at the requested time even with the roads being icy and the frigid temperature. They were so polite and accommodating. They were efficient and careful with my belongings. I would highly recommend to anyone needing moving services and I will definitely use them in the future!
