After booking the job, they called me back promptly and managed to fit me into their schedule a few hours later. I booked this moving company to help me load my Uhaul truck for my move. The movers were 1 hour late to my move, however, they did call me in the morning to tell me they would be arriving late. When they showed up, the movers had one extra young man with them but I didn't think too much of it because I pre-paid on the Uhaul website for 2 movers for 2 hours. The extra young man was quite young appearing so I assumed he was a younger sibling who was just tagging along to help them out. The movers ended up finishing my loading 1 hour early (taking them only 1 of the 2 hours I paid for to load the uhaul). At the end of the loading, one of the movers argued that I owed him additional money because they provided 3 movers instead of the 2 I booked (regardless that I paid 2 hours for 2 people and they only used 1 hour). In addition, several pieces of my furniture had dents in it and the base of my dresser had pieces of it ripping off. The movers were not careful with my stuff.

A lot of my furniture was damaged during the move because of the way it was loaded into the truck, including chipped glass dining tops. I had bubble and saran wrap that they declined to use. In particular, my bed was significantly damaged and will never be able to be assembled as securely again. While they were understanding of a mixup regarding some property that went missing during the move (resolved, and totally my fault), MB repeatedly stated their goal was to be done in less time than the 2 hours hired so they could maximize their hourly rate. Talking notwithstanding, because of the damage to my property I wouldn't use them again.
