We used MoveIt when we unloaded most of our pods. There were 2 items they weren’t strong enough to move upstairs. These pieces also required ingenuity they also didn’t have. They also damaged 2 walls and some of the furniture. They got into an argument while working. We pre-paid them for 6 hours; they were here for 4. We were exhausted and frustrated over them not being able to move the 2 pieces so we told them we were done. We tried to file a damage claim but were told the way it should’ve been handled was to not give the code. Due to a strange set of circumstances U-Haul paid for this move-in session. We didn’t want these gals but no other movers could be found apparently. They dropped our couch (busted a leg) & damaged our stairs. We weren’t going to give the code until it was resolved. After talking to several U-Haul ppl and being repeatedly bullied by Haley, U-Haul said give the code & handle the damage after. An hour later we got a call-we shouldn’t have given the code!

Haley and Monae were excellent and so helpful! I had hired them for Loading services, and they had told me that they would be willing to also do packing services as well. I cannot recommend these people highly enough!

Pay a little bit more for professionals. Our start time was 8 am they were an hour late. This move has been setup for over a month. I don’t care how far away you live. You took the job. They also will not move you without a dolly. I wish I would have paid more to get professional movers.

They had one requirement that the truck we use have a ramp. Had to rent the 15' Uhaul instead of 10'.
