Uhaul misinformed, deliver-pickup 03AUG2024, Oody of the delivery date for the two Uhaul boxes. Oody was able to reschedule the delivery to meet the original delivery requirements, 01AUG2024. The Uhaul boxes were unavailable in Hasting, MI and Oody has to drive to Battle, Creek, MI to pick up the two boxes. The boxes were not ready in Battle Creek at 1200 as agreed & Oody had to wait an additional hour. Oody keep me informed & arrived at my home at 1400. Oody was far more organized & responsive than Uhaul.

Great experience with Oody Express. Mo was easy to communicate with. The team we had of Mario, Gabe and Al were efficient and careful with our unload. Nothing broken! They all had great attitudes, were professional and cared about their work. I would use them again without hesitation.
