I was charged for an additional 1 hours because they couldn't get the job done in 2 hours! They were taking there time and didn't load the truck very well. Be ready to pay for extra time if you hire this company. I had a one bedroom, not much to move. It could have been done in 2 hours. This is a game they play. It's what you get for hiring the least expensive movers! Lesson learned.

Truly amazing group of guys! We had to change our moving plans so much due to home sellers, storage being closed, and unreal random issues; and they were extremely flexible, kind and helpful! I loved talking to the guys getting to know them, and appreciate all their kind words to my husband and I. We booked them when we moved into our storage unit, and when it was time to move into our first BOUGHT home, there was no one else we would have asked! They even traveled 30 mins from storage to our new home, and quickly unloaded our stuff. 5 stars all the way around! MB moving is the real MVP! Thanks guys!

I enjoyed the crew that came out. Worked efficiently to get a 2 bedroom condo loaded and u loaded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Remained professional during the entire time even asked how the service was midway during the unload. Was able to meet all the timeliness and did so without complaint. Would definitely recommend and would use the service again.

Movers were on time and friendly. They adequately communicated what they needed from us. They also effectively moved all of my things. They were a bit sloppy in dragging some items across the floor leading to a couple things disassembling. They also moved at slow pace—leading me to require (and pay for) additional time. They did the job, but I’d recommend that they move at an average pace and stay off their phone while moving items to be more timely.
