They were punctual and polite. I booked for longer than I needed so they could put a bench together for me, but they are very strict about LOAD-UNLOAD ONLY. They refused to put my bench together despite the fact that we had over an hour left on the clock.

Our movers were troopers for bringing the heaviest of items up four flights of stairs (without an elevator) I really appreciate their help and their casual conversations to keep us motivated during the rough parts of the move.
