The movers were not just great 2 thumbs up!! They were awesome !! on time & friendly. They finished the job within the time frame where I did not have to pay extra And that helped me tremendously . Throughout the move they communicated very well. Nothing was broken. Everything was intact I had extremely heavy items to move and they did very well with that. I was really impressed. If you need a moving company, I fully recommend IN-N-OUT MOVERS for your moving needs. PLEASE CONTACT ASAP THEY'RE GREAT !! Two thumbs up five stars!!

My garage is a mess, I needed help pulling everything out of the garage so that I could clean it and repack. My request was for the movers to pull everything out and place in different sections of the yard based on content (a section for kitchen, living room, etc). It was important to space everything out so I could later repack and throw out items. It was too dark when they arrived to be able to set up different sections as I had hoped. Instead, the movers pulled all the items out and stacked everything tightly in one section as though they were packing a truck--again, not what I wanted! They were done by the time the sun came up. If they had stayed, we could have still sorted all the boxes as I had envisioned but they were excited to head to the next job. My 3-hour job ended 1-hour, but the work I hired them to do was not done. My understanding was that I would be charged for time worked-but no! They decided to charge me the full three hours despite failing to complete the job.
