We are reliable and dependable in our customers needs, we are also excellent in our time management, to make sure our customer can rely on us on their time and we satisfy our customers with the work we do.
They did their best. We paid for 3 workers, got 2 actually 1 and a half. But they worked HARD. We hoped there would be more care for our furniture, but things were left on the ground due to its weight the one couldn’t carry it all effectively. UHAUL site did not clearly define what would happen from my perspective. We were not as prepared as we could have been, but neither were the team that came out. 3.5 of 5 stars for effort, positive attitude. Lack of manpower, inability to handle the load.

Maria and Max were incredibly helpful and very kind. They were also very patient in working through some challenges when they arose and excellent problem-solvers. I really appreciated their flexibility and compassion as well. I would definitely take advantage of their services again in the future!

This contractor was incredibly unprofessional and ultimately threatened to call the police when I refused to pay additional funds outside of the U-Haul order. In addition to the financial issues, the contractor was rough with my items and dropped boxes of breakables from waist height, causing damage to my things. I cannot recommend this contractor.

Wilson's Moving Enterprise delivered exceptional service, but our experience with U-Haul and MovingHelp was marred by frustrating misrepresentations and disrespectful behavior. U-Haul's representative was not only obnoxious and rude but also demonstrated a pattern of undermining their contractors by downplaying contractual obligations and delaying payments. Our interactions revealed a concerning lack of respect towards both customers and contractors.
