Monroe Moving Solutions

First off, zero communication from the movers or owner. I had to call about every part of the move. Second, movers were 3 hours late with no apologies! I had an 1100 square foot condo that was maybe a quarter full. Took the guys all 3 hours I booked for the move to just load the truck, and I still have stuff to move! This is not my first move with U-Haul, never have I ever experienced such slow movers! My last move from my full house to the condo took the college hunk guys 2.5 hours for loading and unloading! No excuses. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. These young men were nice enough, but maybe shouldn’t be doing this for a living! I had to find help to unload the truck, and it only took 45 minutes!!!

Josh and John were excellent! They worked very carefully to properly all of our belongings into the truck. They did their work without a single complaint even though the temperature was almost 100 degrees outside. I would recommend their services to anyone.
