I paid a lot of money to book the service but Sylvester tried to finesse extra charges. Charge for backing up truck even though truck could go straight into the loading dock at Uhaul storage. It was your request. Tried to get the payment code before completing work. Tried to charge for 3rd hour even though work was done 30 minutes early. They didnot take a few seconds to think and to place lighter boxes on heavy boxes. Placed heavy boxes over my picture frame marked fragile. If the job had been done properly without dragging and damaging my stuff and paying attention I would have tipped anyway. Communication to schedule the job was pretty good. Came earlier than required which is good but also said the clock started then itself. Still was under the booked time though so no effect to me but could be for others.

Overall the move went alright however it was disconcerting when twice Sylvester asked for the payment code before the truck had been fully unloaded and the items moved into the house. Also the movers were late and unwilling to help place the furniture were we wanted it as they informed us they were in a hurry to get to their next job even though they were at our house for less than half hour.
