I was genuinely blown away with how amazing the guys did. I was a little nervous because I DIY-ed my move instead of hiring a company for thousands of dollars. Helping Hand Movers exceeded ALL of my expectations. A lot of times with hourly movers you get people who are helpful with physically moving items, but not great with the strategy. I figured they'd need a lot of direction, help packing the truck properly, etc., but NOPE they did not. They came in confident, were so thoughtful about what to load first and how to organize the truck, the only thing I had to worry about was not getting in their way as they worked. They were also extremely efficient; since I only hired for 2 hours I thought I'd have some remaning boxes to move myself after they left, but they got to EVERYTHING and finished early. They are gems in the moving industry. I plan to move back to the Lansing area in a couple years and will be booking with Helping Hand Movers when I do. HIGHLY recommend!
