I had an excellent experience with US Military Men and Friends Moving Co.! They kept in communication with me regularly, from confirmation during week of the move to the day of to let me know their ETA. They were also efficient! Got everything loaded and unloaded in less than the two hour time slot I reserved. They were also careful with my stuff, even bringing their own furniture pads! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The moving men were nice, but they were not quality movers. The communication leading up to the move wasn’t great, and I didn’t hear from them until about 20 minutes before (no confirmation the day before or response to my text until an hour or so later). One of them broke one of my items, and they were very slow (much slower than previous movers I’ve had). Despite them saying my move was ‘straight forward,’ they still went over the two hour window, even with the help of my boyfriend. I wouldn’t complain if I hadn’t already moved the majority of my stuff with the help of friends and family. It felt wild that it took them 2.5 hours to load and unload a couch, a bedroom set, a tv and around 10 boxes. Overall, I was disappointed.

Very good communication to reconfirm the appointment, more than once! Received a call when they were on their way. The guys were professional, courteous, polite, and quick. We had items moved from inside the house to the pole barn and no items were damaged. I'll need to have items moved back into the house so I'll give these folks a call again.
