Hello. I ordered two men for four hours. I recognize I needed 6 hours for the move. The movers took 7.5 hours and I had to write a check for the over time which is not reflected on my bill. A floor lamp was broken and had to be thrown away and the dome of the hallway light was broken. I requested the protective covering of my $3000 Teak dinningroom table be left on and a blanket placed over it, When the table arrived at the apt, the protective covering was half over the two leaves for the table and a blanket half over the table. This caused HUGH stress. I informed the movers I could not afford them going over 6 hours and was ready to cry, they continued to move and spent 7.5 hours. I cryed. On a happy note. They did assisted me with taking the truck to get gas. I have hired Veterans Movers before and was very happy. I am not at all happy about this move, the amount of money I spent the time it took and the stress of things being broken. I tipped them $40 cash each and don't know why.

Ken and Marcus moved me into storage about a month ago and did such an awesome job that I requested them to load me into a truck out of storage for my move. I went from Metro Detroit, MI to Dayton, OH, a 26’ truck. Lots of bouncing around and most everything stayed in place with no damage. My dad was a mover in his younger days and seen these guys work- he said he’d recommend them in a heartbeat, as will I. Thank you guys so much for making my life easier on two separate occasions, it’s so greatly appreciated that you took time and cared as if it was your own personal stuff.

Our experience was fantastic! They were very communicative before our move and during our move. They were super understanding and helpful as well as efficient when loading our belongings. They packed the truck very securely and handled all of our items with care. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in a future move!
