21 Express came an hour late. When they arrived, they didn't have gloves or the necessary tools to do the job. They asked if I had anything they could borrow. They also lost screws to my bed, so it was not put together and it seems to be broken now. They also broke a pane of glass from one of my pieces of furniture. There was no offer to pay for the damage. These two men were very young and did not seem to have much training. I had more to move but I called another company to complete the rest of the job. Would not recommend.

The crew was great and very understanding — I was late with the moving truck (traffic!) and they waited patiently. They moved everything quickly and cleanly. Recommended! Tipped them with cash.
