Took a long time, didn't finish the whole job. They took a break half way through for at least 20 minutes. They blamed it on the truck being too small but it was obvious to all of us they were far too slow to get it done on time.

They were scheduled to arrive between 9-10am. Got a call just before 10 that they’d be late due to a flat tire. They arrived after 11am. They were willing to be flexible and help unload at the storage unit so I’d have a chance of getting the moving truck back in time despite their lateness, so that was appreciated. However, they were slow, loading one box at a time despite the dolly on site and they lacked coordination carrying heavy items between the two of them. The job was done, that’s the main thing, but it seemed like neither of them had ever facilitated a move in their lives.
