On a Monday evening, I completed my reservation with Soul Diamond Moving for the following Tuesday Morning. Less than 60 seconds after submitting that reservation, Isaiah contacted me. I have never experienced such a quick response time. Isaiah responded via text, my selected preference. He was prompt, professional, and ready to take on the job. Isaiah and Jordan arrived on time ready to work! They greeted me with an hand shake and demonstrated commitment from the start of service to the very end. I originally booked them for 2hrs but needed them longer and they ended up working for 4hrs. This also happened to be their off day. I offered them breaks but they were so dedicated, they never even took a break. I am very pleased with this experience and will be highly recommending their services to others! These gentlemen were humble, polite and hard working. I was very impressed with this experience and due to the time crunch I was in, I am so thankful to have hired Soul Diamond Moving!
