Had an awesome experience - communication was excellent at every step. They showed up when they said they would, worked quickly to unload the truck, and were an overall pleasure to work with. If Planet Express is available for your move, they are the ones to hire to make a stressful time significantly less stressful.

They definitely made everything fit and were friendly and helpful. I will say that, at the beginning, they did complain a bit about how long this was going to take and having to be tactful about how they loaded the truck to make sure it all fit. Moving is already stressful, so this made me a bit more stressed. Once we started helping and getting things in, it got much better. Other than that, they did great and were able to move heavy things with ease.

It was easy to add the moving help during the booking process, and Shane (mover) was in contact from the beginning to the end! The team was awesome, they showed up on time and loaded up everything in the time alotted. Shane really can load a truck to its potential!!! It helped us tremendously and we are thankful. We would definitely recommend Planet Express!
