There is now damage to items that should not have been there. The mini fridge was supposed to be moved which I thought had already been moved but u wasn’t. They use a limited edition book that was a gift from a friend to hammer out a nail, didn’t even ask if that could be done. And when I said don’t use that and asked if there was any damage to the special imported book, the worker lied. Now there is a crack in it on the back. Like what sense did that make especially when you found tools in your car. There’s scuffs all over my walls and on a $3000 mattress. Also when ask to move a couch to the dumpster, it was left outside on the lawn and I had to move it myself. The only good thing is it definitely saved money. I don’t have to move the bigger furniture, but now it’s all banged up. Including a $2500 pull out couch set that is now broken & ripped at the bottom. They’ll move your stuff but with no care at all.

The problem I experienced was I hired 2 ppl for 2hrs. 1 person came, he told me the other person was coming. The other person never arrived. I paid for loading & unloading. I only received loading because 1 man choose to perform a 2 person job. My time ran out. I was told if I wanted to be unloaded it would cost an additional 100.00. There was never another person coming, I was lied to period.
