I hate giving negative comments to hardworking people. So, I'll summarize my experience and let you judge my review. (327 pm) Unloading job confirmed; start time 6 or 7 pm to 8 or 9 pm (1010 pm) Movers arrive FOUR HOURS LATE. They agreed to finish the job tonight since I need to return the U-Haul truck before I leave for work at 0700 am. (1139 pm) Mover calls and says they MUST stop working due to heavy rain (1145 pm) I go outside, and the rain is very light. I request the mover to finish the job since I will not be available the following morning. Mover refuses to finish the job as agreed upon and DEMANDS the payment code (1154 pm) The story changes from heavy rain challenges to the INABILITY TO MOVE COUCHES UPSTAIRS. I ask, 'What if my apartment did not have elevators? Mover adamantly DEMANDS the payment code and states I have to reserve two more hours the following day. Surely, I WAIT FOR FOUR HOURS MOVERS WORK FOR 1.5 HOURS, and I AM FORCED TO PAY FOR FOUR HOURS ON TWO DAYS
