I had the worst experience with these movers, and if I could give zero stars, I would. - The manager was completely unprofessional. He yelled at me, repeatedly told me that I was costing him money and was extremely rude. - The movers got lunch during the move to my new place and still charged me for that time. - They did not use the time I paid for efficiently and I ended up having to move nearly half of the boxes etc. myself into my new apartment after they left. They also did not finish emptying out the storage unit we were moving out of, so we had to go back and fill the rest of the truck as well. - They broke many items while moving them, including sentimental items that were well-packed and marked in big letters FRAGILE. We were not compensated or reimbursed for those items. Do not use them. Save yourself.
