They arrived as scheduled. They were rough with the furnitures and boxes. Dragged furniture down the stairs. They did manage to finish the job in two hours for an one bedroom apartment.

The communication started about 2 weeks prior to the move and made sure the arrival time was correct twice. The movers were in contact the day of and showed up 3 hours late. They did specify why they were late and something happened out of their control. When they arrived they did not listen to instruction and wanted to load everything asap and get done on a Friday night. We had multiple items broken, house was banged up from moving things. One of the workers just left about 30 minutes prior to finish, even though they left an hour early! They were chomping at the bit to leave and tried to make us feel bad they stayed late, even though they made it very clear we would be getting all of our time that was booked. We had babysitting all set up and that backfired due to the 3 hours late. I would not recommend. They did load our things, but the truck was not packed well and my wife found a large 2 foot gap floor to ceiling to be filled in, otherwise stuff would have fell over even worse.
