They broke my desk while carrying it to the truck. It fell apart and i had no choice but to dispose of it. In addition they dont know how to load things properly. It was a mess, boxes fell out of places causing some damage.

This was my first time hiring help for a move, and I thought the service from Smooth Move was just completely outstanding. We were worried that it might not even be possible for finish moving in the three hours we scheduled, but the team was done in an hour and a half, with nothing broken or damaged, on maybe the hottest day of the year. My parents, who've moved maybe a dozen times, said that this was literally the best and smoothest move either of them have ever experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I'll certainly hire them again for my next move.
