Part 2 of move- unloading what they loaded Better pace than loading, had to ask for my gloves twice, and attitudes changed after I gave them each a cash tip and job was done. Biggest issue is no communication from owner regarding a 2 hour job being charged 4 hours so paid $400 for 2 guys for 2 hours- and an easy job as it was storage unit to storage unit so no stairs or heavy furniture. Won’t use again nor recommend.

15 min late, had to lend them gloves and a dolly as they brought none, younger guy,Anthony?, was unsure what to do and moved much slower than other guy, Marcus?,. I helped as well to pick up the pace. Glad it wasn’t a long move as truck was not packed well.

Two guys came with one supervisor, we really liked that. They showed up on time and moved quickly, accommodating to all our requests. We would use again.

Movers showed up to wrong address. One mover was great, other guy was dressed extremely unprofessional. They loaded the truck horribly and I have damaged items. The owner, refuses to return my calls, texts and emails. Don’t hire them!
