Business partners Josh and Cody were excellent, efficient, and flexible. They even helped get our moving truck unstuck (we got it lodged in bushes in front of the storage facility due to the icy, unsalted parking lot). Excellent communications prior to and during the move. They moved our belongings from two storage units to a single unit at another location--and organized items better there, then helped us move furniture in our home basement, including taking two large lateral file cabinets upstairs and a desk downstairs. Professional, personable, and careful. Brought their own dolly, moving blankets, and straps; wrapped items before loading into truck, wisely notified us of any pre-existing damage they noted. We expect to hire them again, and recommend them without reserve.

Josh was great! He called shortly after booking to get details as well as to give his plan for the day. He remained in contact on moving day in regards to ETA and it was well coordinated. He and his team moved quickly and with care with unloading. Highly recommend!

Josh and his team are perfection. Amazing and prompt communication immediately after the first reach out. They were on time , brought equipment and tools I didn’t have that they really didn’t even need to bring, they are polite, don’t waste time, and overall went above and beyond. We had an incredible experience with Safe Haven Moving! Their team went above and beyond during our unload, handling all our belongings with the utmost care and respect. But they didn’t stop there...they graciously agreed to help us cover our motorhome and even assembled a canvas carport for us.
