I did have damage during move. I also paid for 4 hours of help and only got less than 2 hours. I’m requesting a refund of 2 hours difference and I will repair the damage.

I’ve used a few moving companies before and by far this was my best experience. I used them for packing and cleaning services. Not only did they complete this quick by the cleaning services was outstanding! My home looked better than it looked before I moved in! And the packing was great also. I didn’t have to touch a thing and they packed everything in my home up in half the time I booked for. Thanks again Packrats Movers!
