Movers were 1.5+ hours late to the job and a .5 hour late to the unloading at the storage unit.

Paid for two hours they left in hour and half. They got most of the stuff but got here at 1235 and left at 146 and told me I’d have to load the rest. The movers were good but they had an appointment at 2 so they cut out. The work they did was good. By myself it’s about an hour worth of moving.

They showed up on time and did a great job asking us where we wanted our items placed in our home. However, they didn’t bring up one of our TVs and we didn’t notice until we already approved the move. Also, while they helped us bring up our mattress halfway up, when we communicated we wanted the plastic cover to stay on to protect the mattress, they got upset and said it was already ripped open. The rip on the mattress was only on a corner and we didn’t want strangers touching all over our mattress. Instead of trying to consider alternatives or talking it through with us, we were met with frustration. Now we have to figure out how to get our mattress up another flight of stairs when this was one of the main reasons we hired movers. This would have been a 4 star review outside of these two situations.
