We had two young men help with our move, and they were excellent! Not only were they organized and efficient, but they also helped us save a lot of room in the truck with their strategic packing. Cossack Moving communicated promptly and consistently, were unfailingly polite. They brought two Uboxes to our apartment and carefully unloaded everything. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. They overcharged us and we experienced very poor communication. They were 4 hours late and continued to tell us they could get it done in 30 minutes! Two and a half hours later they were done. Our movers on the other end actually asked us if we had professional movers or if we did it ourselves we told them we had professional movers and they were surprised. They stated that we clearly did not need three boxes but yet we were charged and they got us this third box it was a waste of our money and time. I wish I could attach photos to show the box damage due to not being properly packed. Clearly an inexperienced, young crew with a lack of respect for our personal property. You are in the wrong business! If you continue, please provide future customer realistic timelines, communicate delays, show some respect for people’s homes and belongings and don’t be so concerned with your reviews!
