My service was scheduled for 330pm. No one showed up. I called multiple times and no one answered. I finally left a voicemail at 430 asking what was going on. My kids and I packed a truck ourselves and went to our storage unit. As we were unloading our stuff, the moving team called at about 530pm 2hours past their scheduled start time and said they were at my house. I was able to utilize them for half of what I originally planned but I still had to pay them for 2 hours of work when they barely did one hour. I felt bad for the guys who came and tried to help me at that point...they were very friendly and moved quickly...it was hard to be mad at them for trying at that point but I will never use this service again.
