PUT IN WORK SERVICES

I’m a bit conflicted. Overall, we got the job done. Needless to say, I got a really big sectional that I needed to move into my apartment. Also, had the old sectional that needed to be taken downstairs. Now, a few things I am extremely thankful they got my couch upstairs. But not only did they take a long amount of time sitting around trying to ‘fix’ my couch, but they damaged it before they even GOT inside. 2. The man stated in the end of it all, that he knew he ‘shouldn’t have done the job’. Deeming it to be unsafe. A neighbor of mine ended up assisting these men, because they had no idea on what to do. Fast forward, one of the moving helpers ended up PAYING my neighbor money for his assistance in the moving. So, my opinion is if the mover deemed the entire job to be ‘unsafe or unfit’ then next time just say you can’t do it. Not only did my couch get damaged in the process, but I lost more money than anything. Hurt me more than it helped me.
