I received an immediate response after I made a reservation. He was very friendly and assured me that he would be on time. On the day of the move, he called me in the morning to verify the address and told me he would be at my place 15 minutes early. They showed up 15 minutes early, looked at the contents that I had pre-loaded in the truck, and looked at the items that needed to be moved. They started the work immediately and didn't start the clock until the actual reserved time. To save time and money, I had organized and packed everything so they could come and pick it up right away. I even loaded some of the stuff myself that didn't require two people. They were hard-working, time-conscious, productive, and physically strong. They finished the job just in time, and I was happy to give them a tip and some beverages for their hard work. They were both drenched in sweat. Hard-working people like them deserve more customers. Give them the job.

They were punctual, worked hard and efficiently, and got my move done. Only complaint is that my white couch was set on its side on the truck bed floor without anything under it so it got very dirty and I’m having a hard time cleaning it.

These movers are so professional and used great care handling of all our belongings as they unloaded the truck into our new 3rd floor apartment. They took our booking with less than 24hrs and called me twice to confirm everything. They are well prepared showed up early and made the moving in process a piece of cake!
