The two workers (George and Rocky) did a great job. They showed on time and ready to go. They wrapped two items that I hadn't done yet, then everything came out of the house and onto the truck without a scratch or dent, and they carried all items out by hand-no dollies or two wheeler, including washing machine from from the basement. Rafael was great; good communication as far as scheduling, cost, what was included, etc. He did a walk through before leaving to make sure nothing was left behind. I had a two hour block but we finished up in about an hour but there was no more work to be done. Would be good to get some refund in a case like this as $180 an hour is not inexpensive and they would certainly have charged more if we had gone over two hours.

They were a bit late with not amazing communication on when they would arrive, however, once they arrived they were fantastic and efficient. They were also very friendly. O would definitely want their help again.
