They were unable to utilize the space provided by the 20' uhaul van efficiently! Droped every thing all over the floor of the van, didn't use the attic at all although there were many boxes and luggage bags that could have been fitted in there neatly! They tore one of the sofas back lining and broke one of the beds headboard!

This was a disaster. My movers were supposed to be there at 10am and they did not show up and I couldn't get any one to answer my phone calls most of the time. When they did answer my phone calls they kept telling me that the movers were there. They did show up 2 hours late and by that time we had most of the items moved in as they were only supposed to help us with the unloading of a truck. They worked for about 30-35 minutes in total because we had most items removed and then they are not willing to do any kind of refund. Sonny literally told me I had to file a dispute. This is not a way to do business and if he would have worked with me at all I would not be leaving this review. I would strongly recommend not using this company. I have everything in writing from them and they will not follow through, DO NOT TRUST.

Young professionals, drove from the cities to Rochester to help us load the U-Haul. Did continuous work the entire 2 hours and even finished with 20 minutes left to spare. Had some hiccups with arrival time (traffic, and family emergency) but was good at communicating and resetting ETA. Overall very pleased with Josh and David’s work. It was a very humid day and they did not complain or slowed down.
