Workers showed up an hour late and high, smelled of marijuana. They were still helpful with carrying heavy items.

One worker stayed in the car the entire time, they only worked for 2.5 hours and we paid for 5 hours. This uhaul service is a scam. Do not use.

Nice guys and worked hard. Took direction well. That said not the most careful with handling furniture. Moving furniture straight on a dolly and then bouncing it over a threshold damaged three pieces. Next time they should use a blanket on the dolly. Any experienced mover should know this. Not their fault as they probably received little training.

They showed up 35 mins late. Zero communication. Called 5 or 6 times with no answer. With that said though, when they did get there, they put in the work and unloaded a full 26' uhaul well under 2 hours! They were kind and very accommodating!

Had to pay an extra 1.5 hours because they loaded all the small things first and big things last. And ended up having to leave behind a box spring because it did not fit and I didn’t have time to repack the truck. Other than that the two young men who completed the work were polite, friendly and hard working!
