The guys that came and loaded the truck got everything done and were professional. My main complaint is I specifically asked about getting a dolly and was told the guys would have them if needed yet they showed up with no dolly and had to move a washer and dryer by hand. It just seemed like they worked harder than was necessary. In the past I have moved from a 3rd floor apartment and when those movers used dollys it took almost an hour shorter. I only mention this because I had booked an hour longer than in the past when I’ve moved, just in case, and I was nervous during this move that everything wouldn’t be done once the time was up and I was told at the beginning that they would not be able to stay longer due to another job. Thankfully the job was completed

The movers were fantastic, professional, and helpful. Slight miscommunication on timing (hour early) on their end but they acknowledged the fault and did a terrific job with the work itself and no additional charges. Highly recommend this company!
