I paid for movers to load at Forest Lake MN and unload in Roberts WI. They never showed for the unloading. Owner is horrid to talk to and only wants to fight. The movers showed up late, were high and smelt like marijuana. When it came to having someone come to unload they never came. I have contacted the owner directly and he stated that he can reimburse me for charging for the unloading. He then said U-haul gave him a violation and might charge him and if that is the case then we would be responsible for paying for that charge. He then stated he was with his lawyer and if we agree to being charged if U-haul charges him. I said absolutely not as he was the one who charged us for a job that was not completed. The movers who came to load did not know how to load the u-haul and my husband had to help them. This company is a complete joke.

Express Movers were great. The crew was very professional and courteous, and they treated all items with care and respect. They solved some challenging problems with attention to detail and teamwork. I would definitely call Express Movers again for moving help.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. The movers arrived 20 minutes late and had no sense of professionalism. They arrived with an attitude and didn't listen to us when we said to be gentle with items. They dropped quite a few of our items and didnt seem to care. When we contacted their boss for payment they sped off because we told their boss they werent professional. They didnt unload the entire uhaul and left us to do the rest of the work because they were slow and too busy arguing with each other. We had to do the rest of the heavy lifting.
