They were great! I had to book them super last minute because other movers from a different company didn’t show up. They called immediately and said they could come within 2 hours. They were right on time and were ready to work right when they arrived. It was an apartment and my unit was far away from the elevator, so it was a lot of work for them. But they did it all very quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

One worker stayed in the car the entire time, they only worked for 2.5 hours and we paid for 5 hours. This uhaul service is a scam. Do not use.

Nice guys and worked hard. Took direction well. That said not the most careful with handling furniture. Moving furniture straight on a dolly and then bouncing it over a threshold damaged three pieces. Next time they should use a blanket on the dolly. Any experienced mover should know this. Not their fault as they probably received little training.

They showed up 35 mins late. Zero communication. Called 5 or 6 times with no answer. With that said though, when they did get there, they put in the work and unloaded a full 26' uhaul well under 2 hours! They were kind and very accommodating!
