They communicated very clearly from day one. He called when he said he would and showed up on time. Uhaul pods were about 2 hours late and they came back as soon as I called. They are very fast and gentle with your stuff. They even moved stuff twice. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. So happy it's finally done. Nò hassles
