Jerome and Benny helped us in this move and a previous one. They did great!! Task oriented. Polite. Professional. Just did a good solid job. They obviously knew the ins and outs of packing and getting things secured in a truck. Dustin did awesome getting us set up and explaining their service. I’d encourage anyone to work with this company and will hire them again myself if I need.

Moving help was very professional and got the job done. However, at the end of the move, the move took longer than the allotted 2 hours. For that reason the mover told me I had to pay them for the extra hour. The moving help portal was not working, so they had me pay them through Venmo, which I found to be a bit sketchy. I requested an invoice, which was never sent to me by the mover.

Amazing! I wish I had known if they take less time they won’t refund you, so there was a miscommunication on either U Hauls or the companies side. But otherwise amazing movers!

Thought they were very diligent in their work Professionally, they knew what they were doing The job was completed within 2.5 hours Sure, they did not utilize the ratchet straps throughout the building of the truck so that stuff would not fall over or move. Overall, they were good
