John and his team were phenomenal in helping us load our items for our cross country move using U-boxes. John’s communication was wonderful. He was a clear communicator, set expectations accordingly, sincere, genuinely good person and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He even went out of his way to provide us additional support that was not outlined in our agreement. He is a really stand up guy and I would schedule him again without hesitation. He made our lives so much easier!
