I booked 2 moving helpers for 3 hours. However, they changed it to 3 helpers for 2 hours the very day without my consent. On top of that they preponed the moving time but showed up more than an hour late. They seemed to purposefully be slow. I had to basically monitor them to increase efficiency. Due to their inefficiency I had to add another hour but they still didn't complete the move.
